tlc Executive Retreats

tlc Executive Retreats are the success story of the last few years. Our clients really appreciate the chance to stop and quieten the storm of busy lives for a couple of days. People think more clearly, get to grips with problems and are able to plot a path forward.

Two-day tlc executive retreats are held two or three times each year.

Who should attend?

Executives looking for facilitated, reflective thinking time - away from the office, and with a small group of selected, like-minded individuals.

Why should you attend?

• You’ll have time to think – much more than usual.
• You’ll discuss a range of techniques for stopping, listening and thinking – that you can then use in your life and work.
• You may choose to bring a live, challenging issue for confidential discussion – we’ll help you with your thinking and planning.

Delegate places are limited to 8 per retreat.

The retreat can also be arranged and run separately for in-house executive groups who want time away together.
