Problem Solving Coaching

Everyone hits thorny problems from time to time. Problem-solving coaching is a one-off intervention to help an individual solve a specific problem and move forward.

tlc problem-solving coaching asks the coachee to describe the problem. Then the coach asks questions to get to the bottom of the matter and develop a practical, effective solution.

We have covered a vast range of topics in this type of coaching. Examples include:

  • Working out short, medium and long-term priority actions
  • Planning for difficult conversations with staff or colleagues
  • Choosing a personal or career direction; or the next steps on the path for a business.
