Confidence Coaching

Many able people under-achieve due to a reversible lack of confidence. This form of coaching helps to adjust the individual’s attitude to his or her abilities, using techniques such as review and reflection; goal setting; and developing coping strategies. tlc confidence coaching focuses on moving forward, using practical tactics.

Coachees say how they value both the personal support and the impetus given by the obligation to report results back to the coach.

Confidence coaching has been used very effectively to help people back to work after a protracted absence. It is also suitable for people who have had a career setback; or need a boost to their confidence to make them eligible for the promotion that their abilities warrant.

This coaching can be delivered to very small groups, but works best as one-to-one. We have achieved life-changing results with just one session, but most people will need perhaps three to six coaching interventions.
